Oppenheimer (Rogue Machine Theatre)

I will be portraying Nobel-winning physicist and renowned weirdo/bongo player, Richard Feynman in Tom Morton-Smith’s Oppenherimer, presented by Rogue Machine Theatre and directed by John Perrin Flynn. After premiering in 2015 with the Royal Shakespeare Company, the play receives its U.S. premiere with Rogue Machine, running from October 6th through December 30th at The Electric Lodge in Venice, California.

A man always isolated in the crowd, J. Robert Oppenheimer is chosen to lead the largest scientific undertaking ever. The task? To make sure the Allies win World War II. To make the world safe for democracy. No sacrifice is too much — not friendship, nor love, nor deep-rooted beliefs — but the way he will save the world could ultimately destroy it.
